Comms - Project Requests

Please fill this out if you'd like something produced for your ministry that doesn't have an event date. This helps me know what project you'd like to do, what your vision for it is, and when you'd like it done by!

Reminder: I need at least 4 weeks notice to produce any graphics, print materials, etc. and at least 8 weeks notice if you'd like t-shirts printed. Expectations on timeline look like:
- Request sent by you: 4 weeks prior to event
- First draft of graphics given back to you: 1-2 weeks prior to the event
- Final graphic done by 4 week deadline & sent to you via email
